Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to pay for fenders and rear racks?

No. We don't believe you should buy an incomplete bike, so we included these necessary components to save you time and money, and to get you riding as soon as possible!

Why are these electric bikes cheaper than others?

Our eBikes are cheaper than the majority of our competitors because we are made up of locally owned small businesses that care more about your riding experience than your wallet. We want you to get the best bang for your buck, so we try and keep our bikes at the lowest costs and even include customization options that others make you pay for separately.

Do you offer test rides on your eBikes?

Yes! We offer test rides on all of our bikes to help find the electric bike that is right for you!

How fast can your electric bikes go?

20 mph (32 kph). Legally, any electric bicycle can not move a rider more than 20 mph without pedaling to be considered street legal without proper documents.

What is the range on your electric bikes?

Each and every one of our bikes has a 20-40 miles range on a single charge, and the range depends on how much of the motor is being used. Throttle will drain the battery faster than pedal assist.

How much does an e-Bike weigh?

Our electric bikes weight around 75 pounds depending on accessories and bike model, but by removing the battery you can reduce the weight by around 7 pounds.

What does the LCD screen do?

The LCD Screen is a multi-function tool that lets you change settings and displays information about your trip. It displays your current speed, distance traveled, error codes, battery level, etc. With the help of the buttons on the left handlebar it also allows you to change the level of power you are getting from the motor, change settings, and turn on and off the headlight.

How long does it take to charge the battery?

The battery takes 5-6 hours to charge, and lasts up to 40 miles per charge.

What is the max weight?

The recommended max weight is 275 pounds.

Where do I go to get service and maintenance?

We do maintenance and service at all of our own stores, so if you are having problems with your bike or just want a tune up, you can bring your bike into the store you bought it from.
