All purchases of “Black Max Bikes” come with a Limited 1-Year All-Inclusive Warranty covering all manufacturing defects. The included warranty is only applicable to the registered owner of the Black Max Bike, and the warranty is nontransferable. This warranty is only valid in the US, and warranty parts will not be shipped outside of the US. Warranty service will not be available to secondary owners, and all warranty claims require proof of purchase from the original receipt and/or registration. The 1-Year All-Inclusive Warranty includes protection from manufacturing defects impacting the frame, battery, motor controller, and the motor. This warranty is not applicable due to malfunctions and damage caused by neglect and abuse, modification and customization, improper maintenance, wear and tear, accidents or crashes, user error, wrongful usage, water damage, power surges, theft, or any other improper usage or
repairs unauthorized by Black Max Bikes. Any damage done by the user will not be covered under our warranty. If there is damage done to the components when purchased, this must be reported to Black Max Bikes within 3 days of purchase. This warranty is valid up to one year after your purchase date. To
submit a warranty claim, send us an email at blackmaxbikes@gmail.com for us to review and verify your warranty. This warranty does not cover consumables and parts of the bikes that will undergo constant abrasion from normal riding wear and tear. These items included tires, brake pads, tire tubes, pedals,
kickstands, cables and their connectors, chains, and spokes. These items should be maintained by the user to insure riding safety and protection. We will not be responsible for any damages caused by improper and/or lack of maintenance.
